What if my delivery doesn't arrive when expected?

 
The cut off time for orders to be processed for next day delivery is 2pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery usually takes about 1 - 3 days.
Orders received by us after 2pm will be processed on the next working day. Where orders are received at a weekend, they will be processed on the next working day ie. Monday with the exception of Johor Bahru’s public holiday.
Your goods are shipped with a third-party courier usually DHL Logistic, Pos Laju and YUNDA. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your delivery, or you do not receive your goods when expected, please contact us between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday at (6012) 727 1368 or info@myhaircare.my and we will track your order immediately.
 

Refund & Return Policy

 
What if i want to return items ?
 
A.Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. However, if you order the wrong item, and are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us. And provided they are received by us in good condition (i.e. the same condition when you received the goods), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred. If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 2 days of receipt otherwise no claims will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged.
 
*We strongly advise our customers to check and verify product(s) upon delivery. If you discover that goods are damaged, we will replace that goods as soon as we can or full refund amount paid.
 
Some items/conditions are NOT allowed to return. For items which has obvious sign of use, custom order by customer, goods purchase from other Sellers, original genuine product etc.
 
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will NOT be any refund. My Hair Care Beauty Sdn Bhd will NOT be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
 
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 1 Month after the confirmation.

Warranty Policy

 
All products warranty is subject to the warranty policy of the individual manufacturer. Please refer to individual product for warranty coverage.
