Loreal Inoa Oxydant Cream is a developing cream which contains ODS (Oil Delivery System) technology and hydrogen peroxide which used to work with Loreal Inoa range of hair colors to "lift" the hair to the desired color results. It is specially formulated for easy application and provide consistent color results with optimum vibrancy and shine.
Loreal Professionnel Inoa Oxydant Creme Developer is available in strengths:
3% (10 Vol) - to darken a light natural base and colour at the same level
6% (20 Vol) - to cover white hair and lighten up to 2 levels
9% (30 Vol) - to lighten up to 3 levels
